  1. The Reculture Retreat at Montigo is held monthly through December 2025. 
  2. The retreat will only commence with a minimum of 5 confirmed participants.
  3. Participants will share a 5-bedroom or 3-bedroom villa, depending on availability.
  4. Priority in choosing the preferred room type will be given to those who confirm their booking first.
  5. A dedicated ReCulture team member will be on-site to support the flow of activities, to guide daily journaling sessions, and ensure all guest requests are taken care of.
  6. The last two days of the 5-day weight loss programme will be completed in Singapore.
  7. Upon receiving your retreat booking, the Reculture team will reach out to you to arrange your ferry booking and delivery of frozen meal prep before the start of the retreat.
  8. Homeopathic drops will be given upon arrival at Montigo Resorts, Nongsa.
