Global Wellness Day

14 - 15 June 2025

Start your day with Sunrise Yoga & Meditation from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, followed by a Holistic Nutrition Workshop featuring the Moringa Tea Project from 9:15 AM to 10:15 AM. Continue with a Mindfulness & Stress Management Talk led by a wellness expert from 10:15 AM to 10:45 AM.

Wrap up your morning with the Montigo Inner Respite Massage, a 90-minute signature treatment using an aromatic blend of ginger and black pepper essential oils, available from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM.
